ACA BRIDGES presents webinar and conversation on DCPR 2034 by Er. Gopal Chiplunkar. He has worked in BMC in various departments like urban planning Wing, construction Wing, Quality control Wing etc. He was closely associated in The Team at The Time of Making of new SRA (slum) dc regulations in 1997 as well as Making and approval of CZMP (Coastal regulation Zone Map) for Mumbai in 1998 To 2000.

From 2010 onwards, he has been freelancing consultation in real estate sector on various issues like DCR aspects, environmental NOC issues, CRZ regulatory aspects, etc. He was appointed as Member of BMC expert committee for giving suggestions When drafting of DCPR-2034 Was in process. (2016-17).
