The facilitator Ar. Daraius Choksi, Studio Director of CCBA Designs in Pune, discussed his Timeless journey with Prof. Christopher Benninger and the firm, talking about their various projects. He discussed the design principles of the firm. As the Studio Director, he leads the team in from concept development to construction, post-occupation and handing over. He discussed about Bajaj Institurte of Technology, Wardha; Azim Premji University, Bengaluru; Lodha, Pune; CEPT new building, Ahmedabad and IIT-Hyderabad lecture hall. He talked about wholistic building façade and the studios principle of revitalization. There was a hierarchy of space and movement choreography in the building which the speaker discussed through various projects.
